Foreign media group visits Nishan Sacred Land

The group of foreign reporters on the"World Media Focusing on the Culture of Shandong" trip continued their tour of the Nishan Sacred Land in Qufu, Shandong province on Sept 28.

The Nishan Sacred Land is a cultural experience base where visitors can learn about Chinese culture and Confucianism. It is located in the Nishan Cultural Tourism Resort on Nishan Mountain, which is traditionally regarded as the birthplace of Confucius.

After the trip in Qufu, the foreign reporters will visit Tai'an and Jinan.

Organized by the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shandong Provincial People's Government and China Daily, the trip is designed to showcase the historical and cultural resources of Shandong province as well as the province's high-quality development.
