此时气温升至全年顶峰，

骄阳似火，空气湿热，
The blazing sun scorches everything， with damp and muggy air，
典型“上蒸下煮”的闷热天气。

午后常有急雨突至，
Sudden downpours often break out in the afternoon，
狂风携大雨冲刷大地，
Powerful winds together with heavy rains wash over the land，
一扫连日酷暑。

雨停风歇，天地澄澈通透；
When rain and wind subside， the whole world becomes fresh and clear；
荷塘荷花亭亭而立，
Lotus flowers stand elegantly in the pond，
粉瓣清雅，
their pink petals delicate and refined，
莲叶连绵、暗香浮动，
vast lotus‑leaves stretch far， sending off faint subtle fragrance，
为燥热盛夏添几分清雅诗意。

草木苍翠欲滴，
Plants and trees glow with lush emerald green，
万物迎来蓬勃生长的繁盛时节。
All living things enter a period of vigorous growth．
田垄间丝瓜、黄瓜、冬瓜翠色盈盈，
Along farm ridges， loofahs， cucumbers and wax‑gourds glow green，
沐骄阳肆意舒展，
stretching freely under the blazing sun，
是餐桌上消解暑闷的清爽佳肴。

果园果香四溢：
Fruit orchards are filled with rich fruity aroma：
鲜桃挂满枝头，果肉饱满多汁；
Juicy ripe peaches hang thickly on branches；
串串紫葡萄垂落藤架，剔透莹润；
Clusters of purple grapes dangle from trellises， translucent and glossy；
熟透的西瓜褪去生涩，薄皮裹着艳红沙瓤，
Fully‑ripened watermelons lose raw tastes； thin rinds wrap bright‑red flesh，
一口清甜迸发，
A bite releases fresh sweetness，
瞬间抚平周身燥热，
easing body‑wide heat in an instant，
藏着独属于大暑的甘甜。
holding special sweetness unique to Great Heat．
所有滚烫盛夏，
Every scorching summer day，
皆是秋日丰收的铺垫。
serves as preparation for autumn harvests．
熬过漫漫酷暑，
After enduring the long‑lasting heat，
清风将至，
