近日，鞑靼斯坦共和国行政长官助理吉尔穆特季诺夫·阿尔伯特与喀山联邦大学对外关系副校长阿利舍夫·蒂米尔汗一行访问山东大学。
Recently， A delegation led by Albert Gilmutdinov， Aide to the Rais （Head） of the Republic of Tatarstan， Russia， and Timirkhan Alishev， Vice－Rector for International Affairs of Kazan Federal University， visited Shandong University．
据了解，喀山联邦大学成立于1804年，是俄罗斯继圣彼得堡国立大学和莫斯科大学之后成立的第三所大学。山东大学与喀山联邦大学于2024年12月签署校级合作协议。
It is reported that Kazan Federal University， founded in 1804， is the third university established in Russia after Saint Petersburg State University and Moscow State University． Shandong University and Kazan Federal University signed an inter－university cooperation agreement in December 2024．
山东大学相关负责同志表示，2026—2027年是“中俄教育年”，中俄两国元首共同擘画的教育合作蓝图，为双方深化务实合作提供了重要契机。山东大学愿与喀山联邦大学一道，在两国政府领导下，牵头有关高校，共同推进教育年框架下的标志性项目。
A responsible official from Shandong University stated that 2026 and 2027 mark the＂China－Russia Years of Education．＂ The blueprint for educational cooperation outlined by the heads of state of the two countries provides a significant opportunity for both sides to deepen practical collaboration． Shandong University is willing to work with Kazan Federal University， under the guidance of both governments， to lead relevant universities in jointly advancing landmark projects under the framework of the Education Years．
吉尔穆特季诺夫表示，鞑靼斯坦共和国高度重视并全力支持共建相关合作项目，为两国高等教育合作树立典范。阿利舍夫表示，喀山联邦大学愿与山东大学密切协作，加快落实各项筹备工作。
Gilmutdinov said that the Republic of Tatarstan attaches great importance to and fully supports the joint development of related cooperation projects， setting an example for higher education collaboration between the two countries． Alishev noted that Kazan Federal University is ready to work closely with Shandong University to accelerate the implementation of various preparatory tasks．
访问期间，代表团参观了山东大学中华传统文化研究与体验基地、结构成分与物性测量平台，并与国际事务部、机械工程学院、核科学与能源动力学院、外国语学院、基础医学院、公共卫生学院、材料科学与工程学院等单位负责人，就项目具体方案进行了深入研讨。（来源：济南市历城区融媒体中心）
During the visit， the delegation toured Shandong University＇s Center for Research and Experience of Traditional Chinese Culture and the Structure－Composition and Physical Property Measurement Platform． They also held in－depth discussions with heads of departments， including the Department of International Affairs， the School of Mechanical Engineering， the School of Nuclear Science， Energy and Power Engineering， the School of Foreign Languages ＆ Literature， the School of Basic Medical Sciences， the School of Public Health， and the School of Materials Science ＆ Engineering， on specific project plans． （Source： Jinan Licheng District Convergence Media Center）
