On the afternoon of April 17， a rich， inviting malty aroma wafted from the former Jinan Beer Factory site at No． 17 Dikou Road， Tianqiao District， Jinan． As the 2026 China Craft Beer Innovation ＆ Development Seminar commenced at the venue， China＇s first beer industry park—the D17 Beer Industry Park—officially opened its doors to the public． This industrial heritage site， which carries over half a century of Jinan＇s beer history， has begun its transformation from an old factory complex into a vibrant industry park， with＂craft beer＋＂ at its core．
4月17日下午，济南天桥区堤口路17号，曾经的济南啤酒厂老厂区里飘出浓郁的麦芽香气。伴随2026中国精酿啤酒产业创新发展专题研讨会在此举行，国内首家啤酒产业公园——D17啤酒产业公园正式开门纳客。这座承载了济南半个多世纪啤酒记忆的工业遗存，以“精酿啤酒＋”为核心，开启了从老厂区到产业公园的蜕变。
For many longtime Jinan residents， No． 17 Dikou Road is a familiar address． The site was first established as an alcohol plant in 1942． In 1975， Jinan＇s very first bottle of beer was produced here， and the Jinan Beer Factory was officially founded that same year． During the 1990s， Jinan Beer rose to rank among the top three brands in national beer sales． After being incorporated into Lushang Group in 2006， the site was reinvented as a cultural and creative industry park in 2013． Today， this old factory complex， covering approximately 100 mu （about 6．67 hectares）， is entering its＂third life＂ as China＇s first beer industry park．
对于很多老济南人来说，堤口路17号并不陌生。这里1942年筹建为酒精厂，1975年济南第一瓶啤酒在此诞生，同年济南啤酒厂挂牌成立；上世纪九十年代，济啤跻身全国啤酒销量前三强。2006年划归鲁商集团后，2013年曾转型为文化创意产业园。如今，这片占地约100亩的老厂区迎来了自己的“第三次生命”——全国首家啤酒产业公园。
The old factory compound， steeped in more than half a century of industrial memory， has now been revitalized． Industrial relics like giant fermentation tanks and the mashing workshop are preserved intact， interspersed with a dynamic mix of craft breweries， themed restaurants， cultural and creative markets， and immersive experience centers．
如今，承载着半个多世纪工业记忆的老厂区被注入全新活力，巨型发酵罐、糖化车间等工业遗迹完整保留，精酿工坊、主题餐厅、文创市集、沉浸式体验中心等多元业态穿插其间。
Here， five functional zones have taken initial shape： The Performance and Reception Center （Beer Hub） serves as the park＇s beating heart． Its western section features over 20 craft beer taps alongside a LiveHouse stage， while the eastern area accommodates trendy pop－ups and industry salons． Along the Beer Culture Corridor， a striking row of giant fermentation tanks has been transformed into iconic visual landmarks—destined to serve as natural venues for future Fermentation Tank Beer Festivals． The Riverside Leisure Block， set along the riverbank， offers boutique cafes， trendy boutique shops， and German－style restaurants． The Industry Chain Office Area introduces upstream and downstream businesses involved in raw materials， design， branding， and more． The Boundary－Free Integration Zone creates a family－friendly space where lawns， riverbanks， and wooded areas blend seamlessly to harmonize＂people， pets， and nature．＂
在这里，五大功能区已初步定型：演艺与会客中心（“啤酒集”），堪称园区活力的心脏，西区汇聚20多个精酿酒头与LiveHouse舞台，东区承接潮流快闪与行业沙龙；啤酒文化走廊里，一字排开的巨型发酵罐化身视觉地标，未来将成为“发酵罐啤酒节”的天然舞台；沿河而设的风尚休闲街区，精品咖啡馆、潮流买手店与德式餐吧依次排开；产业链办公区则引入原料、设计、品牌等上下游机构；无界融合区则面向家庭客群，草坪、河岸与林下空间融合“人、宠、自然”。
The D17 Beer Industry Park is poised to adopt a new development framework centered on＂one core， two wings．＂ The＂core＂ aims to create a Jinan model characterized by the deep integration of production， ecology， and daily life． The＂two wings＂ involve building an industrial network spanning five major regional hubs and 50 key cities nationwide， while simultaneously developing a digital smart platform． According to the project leader， all revenue and data assets generated will ultimately flow back to the Tianqiao headquarters， cementing its role as the future＂brain＂ and cradle of China＇s craft beer industry．
据了解，D17啤酒产业公园将打造“一体两翼”新格局。“一体”是打造济南样板，实现生产、生态、生活深度融合；“两翼”则是构建覆盖全国5大区域中心、50个重点城市的产业化网络，同时建设数字化智慧平台。项目负责人介绍，所有收益与数据资产均回流天桥总部，未来这里将成为中国精酿产业的“大脑”和策源地。
