Recently， international students from Dezhou University visited Wucheng County， Shandong Province， to participate in the＂Foreign Perspectives on Wucheng＂ cultural experience program． The event aimed to provide foreign students with firsthand insights into China’s rural revitalization strategy and showcase the charm of Wucheng’s countryside．

This activity marks the first cultural exchange initiative since Wucheng County and Dezhou University established a joint internship and practice base for international students to study traditional Chinese culture． The program not only deepens foreign students’ understanding of rural development in China but also creates opportunities for local specialty agricultural products to reach international markets．

Zhang Jiaxuan， a teacher from the International Education School at Dezhou University， noted that this practice session is a key component of the＂International Students Explore Dezhou＂ social practice series． Through immersive experiences， the students have gained a deeper understanding of China’s rural revitalization strategy while becoming cultural ambassadors promoting Dezhou’s image globally． This initiative serves as an innovative model for strengthening school－local cooperation and fostering mutual learning between civilizations．（Cui Jianshuai）
