Chen Wenshui， a villager from Fengshan Village， Daolang Town， Daiyue District， Taian City， Shandong Province：＂I have been working here for five or six years． At the lingzhi mushroom base， I mainly take charge of growing large caps， earning over 100 yuan a day， which is quite substantial． The management of these large caps mainly involves maintaining the temperature and humidity inside the greenhouses． Humidity is about retaining moisture， while the temperature should not be too high； if it is， ventilation is necessary． Now our large caps are being harvested．＂

Xu Xianxia， a member of the village committee of Fengshan Village， Daolang Town， Daiyue District， Tai＇an City， Shandong Province：＂We are in Fengshan Village， Daolang Town． Currently， there are a total of 54 lingzhi mushroom greenhouses， including 8 large ball－cap mushrooms greenhouses． We pay attention to the environment， humidity， temperature， and light control to ensure the healthy growth of the large ball－cap mushrooms． Large ball－cap mushrooms nourish the body， rich in high－quality protein， polysaccharides， minerals， and vitamins， promoting metabolism with abundant nutrition．＂
