From April 8 to 15， Wen Haisheng， Deputy Governor of Licheng District， joined a Jinan delegation on an inspection tour to South Korea and Japan． The delegation visited Seoul and Gyeonggi－do in South Korea， as well as Tokyo， Nagoya， and Osaka in Japan， engaging with relevant government departments， business associations， and enterprises to deepen exchanges and cooperation and explore development opportunities．

4月8日至15日，历城区副区长文海生随济南市访问团赴韩国、日本等地考察交流，先后前往韩国首尔、京畿道，日本东京、名古屋、大阪等地，拜访有关部门、商协会和企业等，深化合作交往，探寻发展机遇。

The delegation focused on areas such as international medicine， new energy vehicles， and the laser industry． As a member of the delegation， Licheng District promoted its four leading industries and conducted on－site discussions with several organizations． These included negotiations with Guori Machinery Equipment Co．， Ltd． to launch a joint laser cutting machine production line project in South Korea； talks with Fujita Health University Hospital to advance the Qilu Garden Hospital International Medical Complex project； and a visit to Tokyo Boeki Holdings Corporation to facilitate equity cooperation and resource integration for the Sino－Japanese New Materials Industrial Park． These efforts aimed to identify industrial collaboration opportunities and deepen economic and trade partnerships．

此次赴日韩考察团重点围绕国际医学、新能源汽车、激光产业等多个领域进行学习交流，历城区以随团考察访问为契机，围绕全区“四大主导”产业进行推介，实地访问国日机械设备公司，洽谈推动在韩合作设立激光切割机设备产线项目；访问藤田医科大学医院，洽谈推动齐鲁花园国际医院国际医疗综合体项目；访问东京贸易控股株式会社，洽谈推动中日新材料产业园项目股权合作及资源导入事宜，共探产业合作机遇，深化经贸合作路径。

Going forward， Licheng District will continue to enhance exchanges and cooperation with relevant government departments， business associations， and enterprises in Japan and South Korea． By actively connecting high－quality resources and bringing in excellent projects， the district seeks to inject fresh momentum into its development and expand to new frontiers through high－standard opening－up． （Source： Licheng Convergence Media Center）
