On April 10， Wen Haisheng， a member of the Standing Committee of the Licheng District CPC Committee and Deputy Mayor of Jinan＇s Licheng District， accompanied a Jinan delegation on an inspection and exchange visit to South Korea． During the visit， he held discussions with Kim Jin－man， Deputy Mayor of Gangnam District， Sim Hyuk－bo， Director of the Planning and Economy Bureau， and Seo Won－hee， Chief of the Budget Section． As a gesture of goodwill， Wen presented Gangnam District the iconic Licheng－themed painting Autumn Colors on the Que and Hua Mountains， further solidifying the sister－city relationship and advancing practical cooperation between the two districts．
4月10日，济南市历城区委常委、副区长文海生随济南市访问团赴韩国考察交流，期间，与江南区副区厅长金镇万、企划经济局局长沈赫宝、预算科长徐元熙等展开座谈交流，将具有历城特色的《鹊华秋色图》赠予江南区，送上友好祝福，进一步深化国际友城交往，推动友城合作走深走实。
During the symposium， both sides shared updates on their respective urban development progress in recent years and explored collaborative opportunities science and technology， education， culture， and other fields． They also discussed economic initiatives， including investment， economy and trade， and industrial projects， aiming to enhance the quality and impact of their sister－city partnership．
座谈会上，双方相互介绍近年来城市发展情况，共同探索在科技、教育、文化等各个领域的合作机遇，商谈投资、经贸、产业等经济项目，持续深化友城交流交往、实现合作提质增效。
Licheng District and Gangnam District officially became sister cities in 2007． Over the 18 years， the two districts， through frequent mutual visits and diverse exchange activities， have yielded abundant fruits in cultural and economic－trade cooperation．
历城区与江南区于2007年结为友好合作城市，结好18年来，两区通过多次互访和不同形式的交流，在人文、经贸合作等方面结出累累硕果。
