On April 7， President Ki Jeong Lee of Hanyang University in South Korea led a delegation to Shandong University for discussions on topics such as further deepening educational collaboration and promoting industry－academia－research innovation． During the visit， the two universities signed the Cooperation Agreement on Talent Exchange Between Shandong University and Hanyang University and the Shandong University－Hanyang University Entrepreneurship Support Agreement， and held the unveiling ceremony for the establishment of the China－South Korea Future Talent Center and the China－ROK Youth Entrepreneurship Center．

President Li Shucai of Shandong University said that since the signing of the inter－university cooperation agreement and student exchange agreement， the two institutions have established profound collaboration in fields such as international exchanges， scientific research innovation， and industry－academia－research integration， achieving fruitful results． He expressed hopes that both sides would further strengthen collaboration， engage in high－level international exchanges， nurture top－tier innovative talent， share industry－academia－research outcomes， and jointly build a platform for cooperative development． Through high－level scientific research partnerships and the training of high－end talent， they aim to contribute to the application of scientific and technological achievements between China and South Korea， injecting new momentum into the high－quality development of education and socio－economic sectors in both countries．

Lee said that the two universities should leverage their strengths in industry， academia and research， while utilizing opportunities such as international innovation and entrepreneurship events and global leadership training programs to provide all－round support for the growth of young talent from both sides， and jointly nurture high－quality individuals with international perspectives and innovative capabilities． This effort is expected to contribute to the innovative development of global higher education．
李基晶表示，希望双方综合发挥产学研资源优势，用好国际创新创业赛事、全球领袖研修项目等契机，为两校青年人才成长提供全方位支持，共同培养具有国际视野和创新能力的高素质人才，为推动全球高等教育创新发展贡献力量。
