In Chaoyang Street Community， Zhijinshi Sub－district， Tianqiao District， Jinan City， steaming hot meals delivered every Tuesday morning have become the warmest weekly anticipation for empty nesters．

在济南市天桥区制锦市街道朝阳街社区，每周二上午，一份份热气腾腾的爱心餐，成为独居空巢老人每周最温暖的期待。

In 2024， community grid workers discovered during routine visits that over half of the 45 households with elderly individuals living alone in the area faced issues such as＂cooking one meal for three days＂ and＂unbalanced nutrition＂． Shi Lanying， a charity volunteer honored as a＂Good Person in Shandong＂ and a＂Role Model in Jinan＂， proposed the establishment of the Chaoyang＂Kitchen for Grannies＂， recruiting eight volunteers to launch the＂Weekly Meal＂ charity initiative．

2024年，社区网格员在走访中发现，辖区45户高龄独居老人中，超半数存在“做一顿吃三天”“营养不均衡”等问题。山东好人、济南榜样、慈善志愿者石兰英便提议成立朝阳“奶奶厨房”，招募8名志愿者开启“每周一膳”公益行动。

Today， Kitchen for Grannies has formed a compassionate closed－loop system featuring＂volunteer chefs， young delivery persons and senior assistants in the kitchen＂． Chaoyang Street Community also plans to take the＂Kitchen for Grannies＂ as a starting point to urge local businesses to join the cycle of kindness， focusing on caring for the elderly and children， and ensuring continuous improvement in community services．

如今，奶奶厨房已形成“志愿者主厨＋青年送餐＋老人帮厨”的爱心闭环。朝阳街社区还计划以“奶奶厨房”为起点，呼吁辖区企业投入爱心循环中，关爱一老一小，让为民服务持续升温。
