On February 15， a delegation led by Lam Khin Yong， Vice President of Nanyang Technological University （NTU） in Singapore and Honorary Professor of Shandong University， visited Shandong University． Ren Youqun， Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong University， met with the delegation．
2月15日，新加坡南洋理工大学副校长、山东大学名誉教授蓝钦扬率团访问山东大学，校党委书记任友群会见蓝钦扬一行。
Ren Youqun stated that over the past 20 years of collaboration， the two universities have achieved fruitful results in areas such as international Chinese language education and the establishment of the International Joint Research Institute for Artificial Intelligence． He expressed hope that the two institutions would take the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore as an opportunity to strengthen the construction of government－industry－academia collaboration platforms， such as the China－Singapore Green Technology Research Institute． He also proposed to establish a joint graduate school and an offshore artificial intelligence research and development center to accelerate the production of high－quality collaborative outcomes， thereby making greater contributions to the high－quality economic and social development of both countries．
任友群表示，双方开展合作20年来，在国际中文教育、人工智能国际联合研究院建设等方面取得了丰硕成果。希望两校以中新两国建交35周年为契机，加强中新绿色科技研究院等政产学研合作平台建设，建立联合研究生院和人工智能离岸研发中心等，加速产出高质量合作成果，为两国经济社会高质量发展作出更大贡献。
Lam Khin Yong expressed NTU＇s willingness to work with Shandong University to deepen and expand cooperation in fields such as medicine and biomedicine． He emphasized the importance of jointly cultivating high－end talent and building platforms for offshore artificial intelligence research and development， aiming to elevate the partnership between the two universities to new heights．
蓝钦扬表示，南洋理工大学愿同山东大学一道，深化和拓展医学、生物医药等领域的合作，开展高端人才联合培养和人工智能离岸研发等平台建设，推动两校合作办学迈上新台阶。
