On February 18， the Licheng District Branch of the Jinan Public Security Bureau， the Foreign Affairs Office and the Publicity Department of the Party Committee of Licheng District jointly launched the＂Lectures on Foreign Affairs Knowledge and Visits to Foreign Talents＂ initiative． The event was held at Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology （SICT）， where three students from Tajikistan of the International Exchange Department were presented with the book The Transformation of Licheng District： A Record of Its Urban Development， introduced to Licheng District and provided with information on Jinan＇s entry and exit management policies．
2月18日，济南市公安局历城区分局、历城区委外事委员会办公室、历城区委宣传部联合开展“外事知识进高校外籍人才大走访”活动，走进山东商业职业技术学院，为国际交流部三名塔吉克斯坦学生送上《历城蝶变——历城城市发展纪实》一书，现场向外籍学生宣传推介历城，并普及济南市出入境管理相关内容。
During the symposium， participants engaged in in－depth discussions with students from SICT， learning about the geography， languages， population， and unique culture of their home country． They also inquired about the students＇ academic experiences and future career plans， inviting them to visit and explore Licheng to experience its warmth and hospitality． The foreign students attentively watched the promotional video Hello， Licheng and shared their thoughts on studying and living in Jinan， as well as their impressions of the economic， social， and cultural development of the city and the district．
座谈会上，与会人员同山东商业职业技术学院学生深入交流，详细了解其国家国土面积、语种语言、人口数量、特色文化等人文信息，询问学生在校学习情况及未来就业发展计划等，邀请其参观历城、游玩历城，感受历城热情。现场，外籍学生认真观看《你好，历城》城市宣传片，并交流了在济南学习和生活的感想，畅谈了对济南、对历城经济社会文化发展的认识。
