On January 8， Shandong University and Haohua （Vietnam） Co．， Ltd． （an overseas wholly－owned subsidiary of Shandong Haohua Tire Co．， Ltd．） held a seminar to deepen their cooperation， focusing on empowering overseas enterprises through localized talent development．

1月8日，山东大学与山东昊华轮胎集团境外全资子公司—昊华（越南）有限公司举行深化合作座谈会，就赋能出海企业属地化人才培养进行了深入洽谈。

During the seminar， Xu Xifeng， director of the Department of International Affairs of Shandong University， expressed the university＇s commitment to leveraging its strengths in international exchanges， industry－education integration， and international talent development． He emphasized the importance of aligning with the needs of overseas enterprises， acting as a bridge in education， and expanding new pathways for universities and Chinese enterprises to＂go global＂， jointly promoting mutual understanding and facilitating international cooperation． Sui Shengjie， assistant to the chariman of Shandong Haohua Tire Co．， Ltd．， outlined the company＇s international development strategy and the demand for localized talents in overseas operations， and expressed his expectation of cultivating more professionals proficient in Chinese language and business， and fostering a new model of international cooperation between universities and enterprises．

座谈会上，山东大学国际事务部部长徐希锋表示将充分发挥山东大学在国际交流、产教融合、国际人才培养等方面的优势，精准对接出海企业的需求，发挥教育的桥梁作用，拓展高校与中国企业携手“走出去”新路径，共同促进民心相通。昊华轮胎集团董事长助理隋升杰介绍了山东昊华轮胎有限公司的国际化发展战略，及海外公司对属地化人才的需求，希望校企协同，培育更多“懂中文、通业务”的属地化专业人才，打造校企国际合作新模式。

The discussions focused on topics such as overseas staff recruitment，＂Chinese language ＋ professional skills＂ training， and joint establishment of internship bases， aiming to create a multi－level， specialized talent development system through tailored collaboration between the university and the enterprise． This system is set to produce highly skilled professionals who not only possess expertise in their fields but also deeply integrate into the cultural environment of Chinese companies． It seeks to advance the fusion development of international Chinese language education and service enterprises＇ going global， thereby supporting the sustainable growth of Chinese enterprises．
