On 26th October， The special agricultural products exhibition and the second Chrysanthemum Cultural Festival opened in Dongxindian Town．

It is said that this chrysanthemum cultural festival lasts for 50 days， and a total of 55 acres of chrysanthemums will be displayed in the Houdeng Village of Dongxindian Town． More than 20 agricultural products exhibition areas were set up at the activity site， and Dongxindian Town’s special agricultural products such as‘Shuangliuchun liquor’，‘grasshopper’，‘Yaojia Villiage’s Apple’，‘rice paddy crab’ and so on were all exhibited． At the same time， various rural folk art groups in Dongxindian Town made a collective appearance． Performances with local characteristics such as traditional opera and Yangge won the unanimous praise of the audience， and brought tourists a chrysanthemum cultural feast with both the flavor of the times and the local features of Dongxindian Town．

“I didn＇t think chrysanthemums could be made into food．” A tourist said． The tourists wandered through chrysanthemums， admired the beauty of flowers and took photos， or changed into Chinese costumes to experience immersive garden tour， or tasted special chrysanthemum cuisine， which was a different kind of fun．

“From the start of this year， we have been expanding the scale of chrysanthemum planting， extending the chrysanthemum industry chain， and developing delicacies such as chrysanthemum fried chicken， chrysanthemum eggs， fried chrysanthemums and so on， which also met with everyone in the second Chrysanthemum Culture Festival．” Deng Changshun， the village head of Houdeng Village， introduced that in this year’s Chrysanthemum Cultural Festival． It is said that‘Chrysanthemum Banquet’ is a major feature， and tourists can come to the site to enjoy the‘one－stop’ service of‘beer and skittles’．
