过去，每逢丰收时节，村民们都要驱车至数十公里之外，排队等待加工。如今，随着柳泉村小米加工车间的建成，这一难题得到了有效解决。加工车间的现代化设备不仅大大提高了工作效率，缩短了工作时间，还确保了小米的新鲜度和品质。村民们可以在家门口进行加工，节省了时间和运输成本，提高了经济效益。
