去年7月份
Last July，
我告别了校园
I graduated from the university
选择来到家乡晏北街道豆腐匠村驻村
and chose to come to Doufujiang Village， Yanbei Street in my hometown for village work．
实话说
To be honest，
一开始我心里还是比较忐忑的
at the beginning， I was rather nervous，
恐怕自己难以胜任这项工作
afraid that I might not be competent for this job．
可是每当与基层党员深入的进行交流
However， every time I had in－depth communication with grassroots Party members
和村民们进行促膝长谈
and heart－to－heart talks with villagers，
都让我觉得
与这个村子的联系更加密切
I felt a closer connection with this village．
共产党人的初心使命
在这里变得具象化
The original aspiration and mission of the Communists have become concrete here，
就是让老百姓过上更好的日子
that is to enable the common people to live a better life．
为什么叫豆腐匠村呢
Why is it called Doufujiang Village？
是相传
It is said that
淮南王刘安的后代在我们村生活过
the descendants of Liu An， the King of Huainan， lived in our village．
都说这个豆腐是始于淮南王刘安他创造的
It is said that tofu originated from Liu An of Huainan， and he created it．
所以我们村基本上家家户户都会做豆腐
So almost every household in our village can make tofu．

我也是跟村两委
和我们的派出第一书记多次沟通

最后确定创立了豆腐匠坊这个品牌
Finally， we decided to establish the brand Doufujiang Workshop．
那就是我们豆腐的生产车间
That is our tofu production workshop．
现在我们这个主要的工作时间呢
就是在晚上
Now our main working hours are at night．
因为白天的话
现在天气热
Because during the day， the weather is hot．
基本上就是晚上生产
Basically， we produce at night
第二天一早就销往各大超市
and sell to major supermarkets the next morning．
豆腐呢
预计这个年收益能够达到100多万
The expected annual income of tofu can reach more than 1 million yuan．
能够带动村民就业40余人
It can drive the employment of more than 40 villagers．
青年如初春
Youth is like early spring，
如朝日如百卉之萌动
like the rising sun， like the budding of all flowers，
