经石峪摩崖石刻所在的石坪南北长40.8米，

The stone tablet where the Jingshiyu Cliff Carvings are located is 40.8 meters long from north to south

北部宽60米，

南部宽32米，

32 meters wide in the south,总面积约2064平方米，

The total area is approximately 2064 square meters,

是我国现存规模最大的佛经摩崖石刻。

It is the largest existing Buddhist scripture cliff carving in China.

整片石坪自东而西刻《金刚般若波罗密经》计44行,

The entire stone tablet is carved with the Diamond Prajnaparamita Sutra from east to west Counting 44 rows，

原有2799个字，

Originally 2799 words,

字径50厘米，

刻经历经千余年的风雨剥蚀、山洪冲刷，

Engraving scriptures has gone through over a thousand years of wind,rain,erosion,and flash floods,

现已磨灭剥落过半，

More than half of it has been worn out and peeled off,

仅存经文41行，

Only 41 lines of scripture remain,1020个字1020 words。

大字书体以隶为主，

The large character script is mainly composed of clerical script,

兼有篆、行、草、楷的意态，

Having the imagery of seal script,running script,cursive script,and regular script,

字体宽阔自然，富于变化，

The font is wide,natural,and full of variation,

《书法津梁》称其为“大字鼻祖”，

Calligraphy Jinliang refers to it as the“ancestor of large characters”,

康有为誉之为“榜书第一”，

KangYouwei called it“the number one of the large character”

具有极高的书法艺术价值。
