槐里原来给我留了很深的印象，这么长时间就没来，我还是很想看，现在的形势是怎么回事。

I have a deep impression of Huaili village in Lingcheng. It has been so long time since I’ve been here, and I’m still interested in seeing how things have changed.

变化还是挺大的，好像各方面都有变化，基本上可能就是年轻人，基本上都在周围，另外可以找很多方面的机会，留在村里面好像也有比较舒服的日子。现在农业就是完全变了，基本上是外地的公司管理的，所以现在农民就很舒服了。就是另一方面，就是人的流到外面，但是不一定要走的很远，所以这个也是不错的一个条件。

The village has undergone significant changes, even in every aspect. Young people can find more job opportunities close to their homes, and living here is also quite comfortable. Nowadays, agricultural production is mostly outsourced, which brings great convenience to farmers. Moreover, many factories are now located in the district, greatly improving the employment environment.

现在的县城大有变化，完全不一样了，而且各方面抓的很积极，所以我觉得是很有前途，特别在文化方面的，还是在奋斗方面的也是。
