下课铃一响，山东省济南市历城第二中学足球场上，聚起一群爱踢球的学生，传球、过人、射门，个个身手不凡。她们是历城二中女子足球队的队员。
At Jinan Licheng No.2 High School, Jinan, Shandong Province, when the bell for the end of class rang, a group of students who love playing football gathered on the football field. They passed the ball, broke through, and take shots, each showing extraordinary skills. They are members of the Girl's Football Team of Licheng No.2 High School.
近年来，历城二中抓住体教融合的契机，与山东省足球运动管理中心合作，共建山东省足球后备人才培养基地。经过几年的培养和历练，去年7月，历城二中女足以七战七胜的成绩夺得第二十七届世界中学生足球锦标赛女子组冠军，这也是我国时隔16年再次获得世界中学生足球锦标赛冠军。
In recent years, Licheng No.2 High School has taken advantage of the"integration of physical education and cultural education," and cooperated with Shandong Football Management Center to jointly build a Football Reserve Talent Training Base of Shandong Province. After several years of training and experience, in July last year, the Girl's Football Team of Licheng No.2 High School won the championship of the girl's group at the 27th ISF World School Championship with seven wins and no losses, marking the first time in 16 years that China has won the Championship.
球队取得好成绩，有什么秘诀？球队主教练姚波认为：“球员既要有扎实的运动技能，也要有‘踢到最后一刻’的顽强意志，还要有快速思考和反应的能力。”因此，姚波格外注重队员行为习惯的培养，球队管理十分严格：训练比赛、整理内务、勤抓学习，样样不落。
What's the secret to victories for a team? Yao Bo, chief coach of the team, believed that,"the players must have solid athletic skills, a tenacious will to play until the last moment, and the ability to think and react quickly." Therefore, Yao pays special attention to cultivating the behavior habits of team members, and strictly manage the team. The members need to balance training and games, daily routine, and studying.
新任球队队长张颖婕拿出课程表，上面的训练、学习安排密密麻麻，“在教练的督促下，我们现在上文化课更认真、更专心了。”
Zhang Yingjie, the newly-appointed team captain, showed her class schedule with intensive training and studying arrangement."Under the coach's supervision, we are now taking our cultural classes more seriously and paying more attention," she said.
每周二、三、四早上，球队要训练一小时，放学后规律训练两小时，周六则是踢比赛。“训练很辛苦，但也很充实。”张颖婕说。
The team trains for one hour in every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings, two hours after school regularly, and plays football games on Saturdays."Training is tough, though, it fulfills my life," Zhang said.
教练组每天特别忙碌，除了组织队员训练比赛，还要不断学习新技术、研究新战术。球队观看高水平比赛时，教练每次都会给队员们布置任务——这场比赛用了什么阵型打法？各自防守进攻的优缺点是什么？如果你是队员该怎么踢？“多观看别人比赛，可以提高队员对技战术和比赛的理解，进而提升她们在球场上的决策能力。”姚波说。
The coaching team is extremely busy every day. In addition to training team members for football games, they also have to constantly learn new techniques and study new tactics. When the team members watch high-level games, the coach always asks them questions: What formation was adopted in this game? What are the strengths and weaknesses of each team's defense and attack? What would you do if you are a player in this game? Yao explained that"team members can better understand the techniques, tactics, and games, through watching games, thereby enhancing their decision-making ability on the field."
近年来，历城二中女子足球队形成了“管理—活动—比赛”的培育模式。山东省体育局、省足球运动管理中心为球队提供了部分训练装备、营养物资，并提供参加高水平比赛的机会，助力球队快速成长。
Over the past few years, the cultivating mode of"management-activities-games" has been formed in the Girl's Football Team of Licheng No.2 High School. The Shandong Administration of Sports and the Shandong Football Management Center have provided the team with some training equipment, nutritional supplies, and opportunities to participate in high-level football games, helping the team grow rapidly.
在2022年举行的第一届中国青少年足球联赛全国总决赛女子U17（17岁以下）组别的决赛中，历城二中女足战胜杭州U17女足，首次捧起全国赛事的冠军奖杯，此后又在国内各项比赛中多次夺冠。
In the national finals of the girl's U17 (aged below 17) group of the first China Youth Football League held in 2022, the Girl's Football Team of Licheng No.2 High School defeated their opponents from Hangzhou and won a national championship for the first time. Since then, the Team has won several games in China.
历城二中女足的培育模式与人才培养经验，也在一定程度上推动了当地校园足球的发展。历城区教育和体育局局长李新生介绍，历城区成立了山东省首个区县级校园足球办公室，统筹师资、场地、生源、比赛，构建“幼、小、初、高”一体化培养模式，建立“班、校、区”三级联赛体系，搭建足球成长梯队。目前，全区已初步形成以27所全国足球特色学校为中心的校园足球发展试点区域。

Li Xinsheng, director of Bureau of Education and Sports of Licheng District, introduced that the first district (county)-level campus football office in Shandong Province has been established in Licheng District, which coordinates faculty, venues, student sources and games, forms an integrated training mode covering kindergartens, primary schools, and junior and senior high schools, establishes a three-level league system of"class, school, and district," and builds growth echelons for football. Currently, the district has preliminarily established a campus football development pilot area centered around 27 national football characteristic schools.
去年夏天，历城二中女足有17人毕业，除被职业队选中的几名学生外，有11人升入北京师范大学、湖南师范大学等高校。接过师姐们的接力棒，张颖婕对未来充满期待，“以前只想走职业路线，现在我想好好学习、好好练球，争取在未来拥有更多选择。”
Last summer, 17 members from the Girl's Football Team of Licheng No.2 High School graduated. Apart from a few students selected by professional teams, 11 of them were admitted by universities such as Beijing Normal University and Hunan Normal University. With them as role models, Zhang Yingjie is full of expectations for her future."Previously, I only hoped to be a professional football player, but now I decide to study hard, and practice well at the same time, so I can have more choices in the future."
