In Zi Town, Lingcheng District, Dezhou City, there is a village with a long history named Sanhuihe Village. In the War of National Liberation (1937-1945), the people in the village created a magnificent and admirable chapter. 三洄河村是一个“红色堡垒村”。在村里的“红色洄河纪念馆”里，记载着那段红色历史。抗战初期，共产党、八路军最早在陵县开辟了以三洄河为中心的第一个抗日根据地，建立了第一个农村党支部。
Sanhuihe Village is a red fortress village. In the Red Huihe Memorial Hall in the village, there is a record of that period of red history. In the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War, the Communist Party and the Eighth Route Army were the first to open up the first anti-Japanese base centered on the Sanhuihe Village in Lingcheng District, and established the first rural Party branch.
建国以后，三洄河村人民继承和发扬老一辈的优良传统和作风，积极投身社会主义新农村建设。现如今，三洄河村依托红色历史，全力建设特色美丽村居，2019年9月入选山东省第二批美丽村居省级试点村庄，2021年被列为全国“红色美丽村庄”项目。
After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the people of the village inherited and carried forward the fine traditions and style of the older generation, and actively participated in the construction of a new socialist countryside. Nowadays, the village relies on its red history and strives to build distinctive and beautiful village houses. In September 2019, it was selected as the second batch of provincial-level pilot villages for beautiful village scene in Shandong Province, and in 2021, it was listed as a national“Red and Beautiful Village” project.
