11月11日，来自苏丹、巴基斯坦、萨尔瓦多等国家的16名山东大学外国留学生走进夏津圣源酒业有限公司，现场参观、体验酿酒车间、酒窖、包装车间等各个生产环节，看一粒桑椹是如何实现从果实到产品的花样千变，继而走向全国的。

On November 11th, 16 foreign students from Shandong University, including Sudan, Pakistan, El Salvador, and other countries, visited Xiajin Shengyuan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. on site to experience various production processes such as brewing workshops, wine cellars, and packaging workshops. They looked at how a mulberry can achieve a variety of patterns from fruit to product, and how the product has gone national.

上午10点多，留学生们抵达圣源酒业有限公司的生产车间，刚一进门就被眼前一排排用来储酒用的“橡木桶”震撼到了。讲解员带领留学生们边走边讲解，并先后参观了圣源酒业的生产车间以及文化展厅，零距离感受桑椹酒从酿造到包装的所有过程。

At around 10 o'clock in the morning, the international students arrived at the production workshop of Shengyuan Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. As soon as they entered, they were shocked by the rows of"oak barrels" used for wine storage in front of them. The interpreter led the international students to walk and explain, and visited the production workshop and cultural exhibition hall of Shengyuan Liquor Industry, experiencing all the processes of mulberry wine from brewing to packaging from zero distance.

面对全机械化的生产流程，来自苏丹的Daniel忍不住感慨：“这次夏津行活动给我的震撼真的太大了，能看到桑椹酒的制作过程相当奇妙，等我回国的时候一定要带回去给家人尝尝，so wonderful！”

Faced with the fully mechanized production process, Daniel from Sudan couldn't help but sigh,"The shock of this summer trip to Tianjin was really great. I can see that the production process of mulberry wine is quite wonderful. When I return to my home country, I must bring it back to my family to taste, so wonderful！"

在文化展厅，留学生们了解了山东夏津黄河故道古桑树群因其在防沙治沙、生物多样性保护、生物资源利用和农业景观维持等方面具有多功能价值，被联合国粮农组织收录为“全球重要农业文化遗产”。现场品尝了52度的桑椹酒，一杯杯酸度爽脆的桑椹酒下肚，外国友人不断发出“这里的桑椹酒口感很好，这不错！”“这是我之前从未尝试过的东西，希望很快还有机会来到这里”的赞叹。

At the cultural exhibition hall, international students learned about the ancient mulberry tree cluster in the ancient Yellow River channel of Xiajin, Shandong. Due to its multifunctional value in sand prevention and control, biodiversity protection, biological resource utilization, and agricultural landscape maintenance, it has been listed as a"Global Important Agricultural Cultural Heritage" by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.The international students tasted mulberry wine at 52 degrees on site, and drank glasses of crisp and sour mulberry wine. Foreign friends constantly exclaimed,"The mulberry wine here has a good taste, which is good!""This is something I have never tried before, and I hope to have the opportunity to come here again soon.

参观行程结束后，夏津独特的桑椹文化以及数字化的现代生产技术令留学生们仍意犹未尽。“这次参观活动，我更深刻地了解了夏津，很开心，希望有机会还会再来夏津。”Alex心有不舍地表示。

After the visit, the international students had a deep understanding of Xiajin's unique mulberry culture and modern digital production technology."This visit has given me a deeper understanding of Xiajin and I am very happy. I hope to come back to Xiajin again when I have the opportunity,"Alex said with reluctance.

据了解，今年以来，夏津县以开展“走读山东”感知体验活动为契机，积极邀请外籍友人通过品特色美食、观民俗文化等形式，沉浸式感受夏津企业的跨越式发展，体验中国优秀的传统文化。下一步，夏津将持续开展好“外国友人走进夏津”活动，搭建起与外国友人交流交往的平台，更好地讲好夏津故事。
