我们针对青少年开展研学活动，从课堂到博物馆双向互动，近距离的感受藏医药文化的魅力。开设藏医药养生课堂，藏医认为疾病的根源由内因（自身的欲望）和外因（外界环境影响）两部分造成，这与我们的生活息息相关，中医讲“治未病”，藏医主张饮食、起居适宜，通过该课堂可以更好的学习到养生方法。另外还有唐卡绘制体验教程、藏饰DIY手工制作等。
We engage with young people through experiential learning activities, creating a two-way interaction between classrooms and the museum. This allows them to closely experience the allure of Tibetan medicine. We offer Tibetan medicine wellness classes. According to Tibetan medicine, diseases stem from both internal factors (personal desires) and external factors (environmental influences). This closely relates to our daily lives. Just like traditional Chinese medicine's"preventive care", Tibetan medicine emphasizes suitable diets and lifestyles. Through these classes, participants can learn effective wellness methods. We also provide experiences like creating Tangka paintings and crafting Tibetan accessories.

讲解员：落地济南主要是由于“黄河战略”，黄河战略就是2019年提出的沿黄河流域生态保护和科技高质量发展这一新的重大国家战略。黄河被称为中华民族的母亲河，发源于青海地区最后到达山东入海，山东与青海也是帮扶省份，金诃起源于青海，创新发展于山东，通过几年的深耕，带给了当地人民新的养生及文化理念。从文化传承方面，济南是几千年传承下来的儒家文化，藏医药的千年文化都同样担负着传承重任。博物馆将两种文化更好的展现，让人们更加直观的了解神秘而又富含民族色彩的藏医药文化。
Commentator: The establishment of this museum in Jinan is primarily attributed to the"Yellow River Strategy", a significant national strategy proposed in 2019. It emphasizes ecological protection and high-quality technological development along the Yellow River Basin. The Yellow River, known as the"Mother River" of the Chinese nation, originates in Qinghai and eventually flows into the sea in Shandong. Both Shandong and Qinghai are linked as cooperating provinces. Jinhe originated in Qinghai and has achieved innovative development in Shandong. Through years of dedicated efforts, it has introduced new health and cultural concepts to the local people. In terms of cultural heritage, Jinan has preserved Confucian culture for thousands of years, while Tibetan medicine, with its millennium-long culture, also bears the responsibility of inheritance. The museum aims to effectively showcase both cultural heritages, providing people with more direct understanding of the mysterious and culturally rich Tibetan medicine.

现在所看的就是转经筒，里面是放满了经文，又名：玛尼轮。

为什么会取名玛尼轮呢？

在转经筒的上面刻有六字真言，玛尼轮取自六字真言的玛尼二字。我们用右手来转动转经筒的同时口诵六字真言，是在为家人祈福，积累功德。济南金诃藏医药博物馆欢迎大家前来参观，交流。
The six-syllable mantra is engraved on top of the prayer wheel, and the term"mani wheel" is derived from the first two syllables of the mantra. As we turn the prayer wheel with our right hand, we recite the six-syllable mantra, accumulating blessings for our family and ourselves.
